| Description: Sauerkraut 101. Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Cynthia Watson is back once again to provide you with the knowledge you need to create your own healthy treat. Cynthia will walk you through the steps to ferment your very own sauerkraut using a traditional and natural process. Ages: 13 - Adult, Wed. March 9, 7 pm - 9 pm. Cost: $45. *CCAC members save 10%.
