The Chilliwack Youth Health Centre and the YMCA are pleased to introduce the Y Mind Mindfulness Group. This free group is for people aged 18-30 who experience anxiety. The group shares mindfulness and stress-management techniques that can help us deal with anxiety and live our best lives. Interested?
