Vendor List for Plumbing Services

Chilliwack Residential Development Financial Analysis

The City of Chilliwack is seeking to engage the research and planning services of a qualified Consultant to conduct a study that supports incorporating bonus density regulation and policy into the Zoning Bylaw and Official Community Plan, along with an expansion or modifications to the DCC program and inclusion of ACCs. This project is being conducted in response to recent Provincial changes in planning legislation, and the City’s interest in creating a clearer bonus density framework. The goal of the Chilliwack Residential Development Financial Analysis is to study the financial performance of residential development scenarios in Chilliwack that will inform a review of Development Cost Charges, Amenity Cost Charges, and bonus density.

The City has identified the need to establish a Vendor List of pre-qualified contractors for the performance of certain welding services on an “as and when requested” basis throughout Chilliwack, BC. The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify Proponents to be registered to the Vendor List.

Supply & Delivery of Chilliwack Fire Dept Station Uniforms

The City of Chilliwack is requesting Quotations from suppliers with demonstrated abilities for supply and delivery of Fire Fighter Station Uniforms on an as, if, and when required basis.The Suppliers should be a full-service provider, including onsite support on an as, if, and when required basis, a warranty program, quick resolution to any issues and/or problems, quick turnaround times on requests and orders, and the ability to facilitate taking measurements, hemming, sizing, resizing, alterations, custom fittings, repairs, and delivery.

Heritage Conservation Area Creation

The City of Chilliwack is seeking consulting services to establish the “Village Walk” area as a Heritage Conservation Area (HCA) to be incorporated into the Official Community Plan.

Chilliwack Pickleball Facility Project

The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RfQ) is to invite Interested Parties to submitResponses to the City indicating their interest in and providing their qualifications for theconstruction of the Chilliwack Pickleball Facility Project (the Project) for the City of Chilliwack.It is expected the City will release the individual Request for Proposals in April 2024 withpreferred completion of the Project by July, 2025.  The Responses to this Request for Qualifications will be used to identify a shortlist of up to three (3) qualified Respondents who will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal.This RfQ provides some general information about the requirements for the Responses to this RfQ, and the process to be used to select the shortlisted Respondents.  The Scope of Work for this Project will include a new building with a floor area of approximately 28,500 square feet. Current plans include a reception/administration area of approximately 1,000 square feet and an open floor area of 27,500 square feet to accommodate 10 pickleball courts. The City has retained MQN Architects to design the facility.

Vendor List For Carpentry Services

The City has identified the need to establish a Vendor List of pre-qualified contractors for the performance of certain carpentry services on an “as and when requested” basis throughout Chilliwack, BC. The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify Proponents to be registered to the Vendor List.

2024-03 Active Transportation - Knight & Mary Cycling Improvements

The Works to be constructed under the Contract are located in the City of Chilliwack as shown on the plans and consist primarily of the following: Knight Rd – Approximately from Topaz Dr. to Evans Rd., Cycling Improvements including but not limited to traffic control, sediment control, concrete works, asphalt works (40mm mill and overlay, 1500sqm of 65mm mill and base pave repairs, full road structure repair 2100sqm, and 700 lm of crack filling prior to overlay) , signage, road markings, storm sewer drainage works, traffic signal works, and restoration as detailed in the tender drawings and specifications. Mary St- Hodgins Ave. to Princess Ave., Cycling Improvements including but not limited to traffic control, sediment control, concrete works, asphalt works (35mm mill and overlay, and 2700sqm of 40mm mill and base pave repair), signage, road markings, storm sewer drainage works, traffic signal works and restoration works as detailed in the tender drawings and specifications.

Sourcewell and Canoe Procurement Group of Canada

Notice is hereby given; the City of Chilliwack intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Sourcewell and Canoe Procurement Group of Canada between January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

Hired Equipment Services

The Contractor will be expected to provide labour and equipment necessary for meeting the requirements of the individual project or work request. All equipment shall be pre-approved by the City prior to the commencement of any work. The Contractor will also, prior to the commencement of work on-site, become familiar with important site-specific pre-construction sheet and may participate in the pre-construction meeting.The Services will include a wide variety of small to large scale projects at various locations within the City of Chilliwack on an “as and when” required basis. The Services include without limitation the supply and delivery of material, the provision of skilled labour, and equipment to perform the Services. The Contractor does not need to offer all equipment in order for its Application to be considered by the City

Electrical Services

The City has identified the need to establish a Vendor List of pre-qualified contractors for the performance of certain electrical services on an “as and when requested” basis throughout Chilliwack, BC. The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify Proponents to be registered to the Vendor List.
