The City of Chilliwack is requesting Quotation for the provision of monthly inspections and preventative maintenance on one (1) four post hoist and six (6) column hoists, as well as an annual inspection on each of the hoists listed above. The term of the Contract shall be for one (1) year from the date of award, with the option to extend the Contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor. |
