Online Banking

If you would like to pay your Taxes or Utility Bills online, below are links to the most common Bank and Credit Union web sites. Note that you can only pay for Taxes and Utilities through your bank; other items such as Parking Tickets and Business Licences can be paid for in-person at City Hall or through our Online Payment System.

First, here are some things to remember when setting up payments through your bank's web site:

• If you have difficulty adding us as a payee under the name City of Chilliwack, try looking for us under Chilliwack, City of, or our old name of District of Chilliwack.
• Tax and Utility Payments must be set up as separate payment items.
• Your Tax account number is found on your Tax Notice underneath the mailing address. It should look something like: 1234-56789. Some banks require that you include the dash, and some do not.
• Your Utility account number is found on your Utility Bill underneath the bar code along the top of the bill. It's 5 digits in length.
